It can be summed up in one word: Alignment.

Most people hold thoughts that are out of alignment with their own desires and therefore prevent their manifestation of the very desire they want.

If you hold a thought which is in alignment with your desires you will feel positive emotion and allow the manifestation of the very desire to come into existence.

Here’s how to apply this knowledge in your life.

The first step is to simply identify the feelings associated with having your desired manifestation.

Say you desire to manifest the love of your life, What are the feelings associated with it?

Happy? Love? Joy? Heavenly? Ease? Playful?

Now that you’ve identified the feelings, you start to incorporate those feelings into your life, right now. (Not tomorrow, not when you already have that thing that you want, not later alligator… NOW.)

Think of activities you can do to feel more feel love, heavenly, happy, and joy in your life today to be a vibrational match to the love of your life.

It comes down to this simple formula, your thoughts and feelings have to be a vibrational match first to see it appear in your physical reality.
